Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
The Storekeeper position at Sacoor Brothers Dubai is critical to ensuring our store operations run efficiently and our product availability remains consistent. The duties include but are not limited to:
1. Inventory Management

Accurately receive, verify, and record deliveries of merchandise.

Tag and label incoming products based on retail SOPs.

Systematically organize goods in the stockroom for fast and efficient retrieval.
2. Stock Monitoring & Replenishment
-
Track daily inventory movements and update the stock system.

Coordinate with the sales team to maintain optimum stock levels on the shop floor.

Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and discrepancies.
3. Coordination & Communication
-
Act as the liaison between the logistics team and retail floor personnel.

Communicate inventory needs and irregularities to the Store Manager and Procurement Department.

Prepare and submit restocking requests on time.
4. Store Compliance & Safety

Ensure all goods are stored in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and order within the stockroom.

Oversee proper handling of fragile or high-value merchandise.
5. Reporting

Generate detailed stock reports and inventory summaries.

Support periodic audits with accurate documentation.

Highlight slow-moving items and provide recommendations for clearance.
Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an individual who brings precision, organization, and retail expertise to the table. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a fashion or luxury retail brand.

Proficient in inventory management systems and POS software.

Immediate joiners or candidates on a visit visa are highly preferred.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure without compromising on quality.
